Vinyasa / Slow Flow A Hatha inspired series of sun salutations and strengthening, lengthening asana a slower pace provides the perfect opportunity to look inwards and focus on our body, alignment and breath. Slow & steady and a little bit sweaty. Yang to Yin We warm up the body with a vinyasa flow coming to stillness in Yin and ending with a meditation, you'll feel nourished in body and mind.
